Get the most out of your software
Bond HR employs its own teams of trainers that are fully conversant with all aspects of our software. Their prime responsibility is to instruct your staff on how to achieve the ultimate performance from your system.
A programme of familiarisation training is provided with the software, this familiarisation training is normally provided for new users as an on-site service (on your own premises). This enables us to focus as much as possible on your own delegate’s priorities and requirements. However, if you prefer the more structured ‘classroom’ environment these courses are also available as in-house options at our Regent St or Wootton Bassett training suites.

No matter how easy-to-use and intuitive we make our software, the sheer range of functionality makes effective training for your users essential if they are to get the most from the software.
Familiarisation training courses are designed to get your users up and running with day-to-day usage of the system. We aim to develop each individual’s knowledge of the software, as well as the confidence to use that knowledge. We normally recommend that familiarisation training courses are taken within 2 months of the system’s installation.
Following familiarisation training, a full programme of supplementary courses for users of all experience levels is available.
