It is vitally important to consider the support and service offerings available when considering a new HR solution. At Bond we have over 30 years of providing a full range of services to 1000's of clients each day, so we know what works and what doesn't.

At Bond we employ a wide range of highly skilled and experienced staff to support your software investment from implementation to go live and beyond.  We are committed to customer service in that less than 10% of our 470 staff are employed in a sales capacity that leaves over 400 staff developing our products and suporting our customers.

We also understand that each clients requirements are unique so we have a range of services on offer that can be tailored to meet your exact requirements, from consultancy, training (whether that be in-house or on-site), project management or contacting our Helpdesk.

We have a team of consultants that can take you safely through the setting up of your HR system, quickly and efficiently advising you at every step of the way, their focus is in making sure it meets your organisations needs.  Their skills cover consultancy, data migration, workflow, best practice right through to report writing.

Our consultants sometimes provide hands on training and sometimes the training is provided in a classroom environment by specific trainers. Whichever option suits your business or objectives, you can be assured each will be performed by staff that have extensive experience of the system and will guide you through understanding it in a very relaxed yet informative manner.

Not all of our implementations require specific project management, however all are undertaken using project management tools and tecxhniques to ensure the tasks and more importnantly the project is delivered on time.

Anchor Point:HelpdeskHelpdesk

Our helpdesk is available to you once you are live to support you with any issues that you may require support on in using our software, these can range from a simple "how do I do this" to a "My report seems to be corrupt".  You can be assured we will answer all requests promptly and often are able to resolve many issues immediately.  All calls are logged into our global helpdesk system.
